Culture That Rocks!

How to Amp Up or Revolutionize a Company’s Culture

This interactive and entertaining session will highlight best practices to create, maintain, enhance or even revolutionize a company’s culture in all areas of the business.

Jim Knight, Founder of Knight Speaker, will use the visceral backdrop of several well-known brands, including Hard Rock International, as a platform to discuss key strategies to transform any organization’s culture, regardless of the current state.  Key topics include:

  • A clear-cut definition of Culture (finally!)
  • Hiring “Rock Stars”
  • Virtuous vs. Vicious Cycles
  • The Emotional Bank Account
  • Service Differentiation
  • Increased Value Proposition
  • Employee Engagement
  • Leadership & Accountability
  • Philanthropy

Jim will also share wisdom from his newly released book: Culture That Rocks!  This well-received book addresses major categories of an organization’s culture:  hiring the right talent, creating a differentiated service approach, understanding today’s workforce, enhancing internal collateral, utilizing technology, increasing enterprise wide communication, engaging in authentic philanthropic initiatives and highlighting the importance of leadership.

Get ready for out-of-the-box thinking, stories, book quotes, industry statistics and case studies and an interactive handout with real takeaways …all told through the spirit of Rock ‘n’ Roll. If you’re a fan of unpredictability & thinking about things differently, come hear what all the noise is about.

Culture That Rocks is available on Amazon.com.  Bring your copy to the meeting, and Jim will sign it for you. We will also have a limited number of copies on hand for $20.00 in cash (no way to process credit cards) for those last minute holiday gifts.
