NOTE:  Our February bi-monthly is on Friday, February 20, 2015 -- a week later than our usual second Friday date.

Program Description

What is "Social Construction?" What is its effect on social identity and performance,  and what is its role in diversity management?

In this interactive presentation you will learn how to develop a diversity-centered leadership culture and be challenged to consider how the OD theories of social dominance, social orientation and social identity are being expressed in today's organizations.
