Right People, Right Jobs, Right Fit

When talent management is critical in virtually every organization today, have you ever wondered if there was a way of maximizing the right person with the right job at the right time? Brett Goodnough from Culture Index, Inc. will share with us the Culture Index. The Culture Index is an assessment tool which allows managers to identify the individual differences in people to make it easier for managers to manage and motivate employees to enable them to be at their productive best. The Index is also used to improve recruiting effectiveness and talent retention. All meeting attendees will have an opportunity to experience the instrument on a complimentary basis before the meeting. Upon registration for the meeting, you will be sent information on how to access the Index for yourself and up to 15 to 20 others, if you choose. Brett has further offered to provide individual feedback by phone on all results after the meeting.

After a 30 year career in Information Technology, Brett left to become a licensee with Culture Index where he works with C-Suite executives in resolving one of their biggest challenges which is effectively managing talent. Specifically, he assists them with employee performance issues by helping them understand what drives their people, including their motivations, strengths and weaknesses. A native of North Carolina, he now resides in Jacksonville where he is actively involved in a number of professional organizations.
