Speaker Topic - Leading Quietly – How Highly Effective OD and Leadership Development Groups Make Things Happen
What are the really high-impact Organization and Leadership Development groups doing to make a difference in their organization? Surprisingly, in this case study-based session, you will learn how quiet leadership skills combined with initiatives that start small and become large are the common ingredients of success. This session will also include concrete strategies and examples that you can use in your own functions to change how leaders lead change and manage their functions or how your company tackles organization issues including strategy, structure and culture change.
