Description
Are you familiar with the term, "use of self as a tool"? Have you ever wanted to increase your self awareness and align this awareness with a greater capacity to understand and influence individualand organizational dynamics? Ever felt there was a different way to look at a situation or a unique approach that was not considered?
For more than six years, Harold attended the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and learned not only how to be an OD consultant but to use himself as an instrument of change and take a unique approach to the work he loves. In his presentation, Harold will introduce and define the theory of Gestalt, discuss some of the key principles (self awareness being one) and share some of his organizational applications.
As a result of this presentation, you will walk away with a better understanding of the Gestalt models, have an opportunity to apply and integrate today's learning, increase your self awareness and determine what, if any, additional developmental opportunities exist to further your journey into Gestalt.
