Description
In this Crucial Conversation 3 hour overview session, participants will have the opportunity to:1. Define one place in their life where they are “stuck” and chart a pathway for getting “unstuck.”
2. Understand the basic concepts of Silence, Violence and Dialogue and what their personal tendency is towards each.
3. Understand the value of growing a “pool of shared meaning.”
4. Learn why “safety” is vital, and how to maintain and rebuild it.
5. Be introduced to the concept of “master my stories” and learn how to change emotions in order to return to dialogue.
Prior to attending the meeting, please take the Style Under Stress Test found in the worksheet attached to this email. If you decide to complete it online, after submitting, print the results on the second page and bring them with you to the session. This will facilitate more discussion time during the meeting.
