Description
Influencer Training can help you:
- Successfully lead change initiatives.
- Transform corporate culture.
- Improve compliance with safety regulations.
- Become empowered to solve problems within your team.
- Learn to diagnose the real causes behind problems and create real solutions.
- Learn to influence across the organization with or without formal authority.
In the August 13th GOOD session we will do a few things.
- Help you understand your current mental model of how to make change happen.
- Show you why that model is almost always insufficient at best.
- Overview a model that takes into account forces of influence that drive behavior and results.
- Apply this model to a situation in your life where you are dealing with resistant, persistent and profound challenges that will not change.
- Hear from two people sharing their views of the value of this model in their organizations (Donna Blankmann-Alexander from United Space Alliance and Sandy Moscovic from TECO Energy) and the problems they have had with applying the model.
- End with some discussion and a success story or two.
