Description
With people at the center of change management initiatives, leadership and culture become necessary anchors for facilitating change. Managers, especially, play critical strategic roles in identifying, developing, and implementing sustainable competitive advantage. Managing the change required to capture that advantage means we must think and plan in terms of an organization development framework model that considers these anchors.
Join us at our April 15 session for robust dialogue with Dr. Robert Prescott, SPHR, around OD’s role in change, an OD framework for change, and how leadership and culture link to any change process.
