Dr. Victor Buzzotta, Chairman and co-founder of Psychological Associates, will lead a workshop session entitled “Making Common Sense Common Practice: A leader's guide to using what you already know.” This session will be based on the book of the same title authored by Victor Buzzotta, Ph.D., Bob Lefton, Ph.D., Anne Beatty, Ph.D., and Alan Cheney, Ph.D. The session topics will include: • How organizational tension can be used to unleash creative forces and achieve high performance • How to identify the common sense, pragmatic actions that maintain organizational tension in a constructive and energizing zone • How to assess an organization's level of tension and determine the action steps it needs to take to achieve heightened performance • How to apply these ideas and methods back on the job.Speakers
