Description
Our topics this month will include an interesting mix of networking and identifying common challenges, creative solutions, and coping strategies for maintaining personal effectiveness. This should be highlyrelevant and interesting to both members of GOOD and the Central Florida Chapter of ASTD!
The meeting will be divided into 3 modules:
 1. Networking: a fun, structured approach to professional networking guaranteed to energize you and increase your list of contacts.
 2. Taking Action to Combat Challenges in a Changing Organizational Landscape: An interactive, thought-provoking small group session that will: a) outline readily visible challenges both OD and L&D professionals face, and b) provide a forum for innovative discussion around creative approaches to address these
challenges
 3. “Toolkits for our Souls”: OD and Learning professionals are skilled at constantly strengthening our toolkits to serve others. But how good are we at practicing what we preach? In this third module, join Dr. Marnie Shanbhag to learn why it is important to serve ourselves as effectively as we serve others.
