Have you ever thought about writing a book or an article? Well, you can! Right now.
If you have knowledge that could relieve someone else’s pain, solve a problem, or show someone how to accomplish something, then you are ready to write. Rik Feeney will share with us his many years of experience coaching other authors and writing over 80 books of his own. He will cover key writing success factors he has learned including how to develop a title that sells, a cover or graphics that are enticing, and a marketing strategy (the biggest challenge of all); editing; and the importance of an introduction or first chapter that grabs the reader. Time permitting, he will also cover what he knows about the rapidly changing world of publishing, where it is headed, and tips on how you can best get your article or book published.
Rik Feeney is the author of several books including Writing Books for Fun, Fame, & Fortune, Editing Basics for Authors and Self-Publishers!, the soon to be released Kindle Publishing Success Guide & Workbook, as well as the upcoming memoir What Are Little Boys Made of…? Rik is a Book Coach, Book Cover Designer, and Publishing Consultant. He talks at writer’s conferences and seminars and is the leader of the Orlando Florida Writer’s Association. Rik’s passion is helping authors effectively and successfully publish what they write.
