Implementing Performance Management without Evaluations

Performance evaluations are a ritual in most organizations with complex systems built to support them. But  Gartner/ CEB found that 95% of managers are dissatisfied with their companies performance review process, and nearly 90% of HR leaders say the process doesn't even yield accurate information.  SO WHAT IF WE JUST DIDN'T DO THEM?

Join us on Friday, April 13, 2018 to learn from Barbara Stankoswki, the CEO of AMTIS, Inc., about how to operate a successful business without HR evaluations or appraisals.  AMTIS has 200 employees across the country and has been successful in maintaining a positive organizational culture without performance evaluations.  Come find out how she did it!

Key topics include:

  • What is needed in an organizational culture to operate without evaluations or appraisals;
  • How to drive high levels of employee engagement without the yearly appraisal process;
  • What lessons were learned at ATMIS, Inc. as they moved to eliminate evaluations.
This program qualifies for 2.5 SHRM professional development credits (PDCs) through our partnership with UCF.
