PROGRAM DETAILS:

We all carry beliefs and assumptions about the world based on our experiences. This session will explore Peter Senge’s Ladder of Inference. We will examine unconscious bias and raise your awareness of how it manifests in work settings.  

In this session you will be able to:

  • Define and discuss different types of bias
  • Discuss Peter Senge’s Ladder of Inference
  • Recognize your own unconscious bias and how it shows up in a work setting
  • Expand the scope of how you view talent 
  • Share insights and best practices from other colleagues
