Managing virtual teams is a reality for many of us in the OD profession during these unprecedented times. Bringing your team together to converge on an idea or diverge for creative innovations is a key component for accomplishing many goals, like planning, idea generation, team buy-in, and design thinking. And, it’s so much fun!!

In a remote environment, you might wonder how to effectively facilitate a brainstorming session for your project team before, during, and after. In this session, we’ll explore various brainstorming methods and how they translate into the virtual world. Time will be allotted to test virtual brainstorming tools, too.

If you share a passion for project management, this CoP is for you! We welcome project management newbies and veterans alike.

Location:  This will be a virtual meeting using ZOOM.  Your registration confirmation email will have the Zoom access URL.
