Session Description

Can you believe that we have been living under the ‘new rules’ of the Pandemic for a little over 12-months?!

So much has changed during this time…masks, social distancing, hand sanitizer…yes it has been quite the year! However, throughout all this change, there has been one factor that has played such a vital role in supporting communication, building teams, and driving organizational development - technology.

Join the GOOD Network Technology COP on Friday April 2 for a 45-minute informal discussion on how technology has influenced our own working practices, the challenges that we have experienced, the processes that it has enhanced…and the aspects of our working lives that have changed forever - even when COVID-19 is a distant memory.

Specifically we will explore our experiences of technology over the past 12-months in relation to:

• Personal challenges and opportunities 
• Organizational challenges and opportunities
• Specific tools (outside of Teams and Zoom!) that you can recommend 
• Aspects of OD that may revert back to how things were pre-pandemic
• Aspects of OD that may have changed forever
• Personal anecdotes and stories

If you register for this event, please be prepared to contribute to a group discussion. This session is not designed or intended to be a ‘presentation’ - it is to share best practice and provide a more ‘conversational’ methodology.
