Session Overview

In recent years, the corporate environment has drastically changed along with how we are to manage the employee life cycle. The mission to acquire and retain outstanding employees is becoming increasingly difficult. The rise of freelance work, the growth of social media entrepreneurship, the widespread influence of artificial intelligence [AI], and the remnants of the global health crisis have magnified the challenge for companies to attract and retain top-notch talent. To distinguish themselves and thrive in the years ahead, organizations must understand the evolving motivations of today's workforce.
