The panel of coaches for the March 21st "Building Your Business" meeting has been announced.  These successful coaches are ready to share their expertise and advice on building YOUR business!

PANELIST BIOS: 

Sindy Cassidy, CPC, PCC Certified Professional Coach

Sindy brings over 20 years of experience coaching C-suite executives, high potentials, and mid-senior level professionals. She is passionate about helping leaders thrive in today’s complex and rapidly changing world. Her practical approach bridges the latest research in brain science with insights to enhance strategy, innovation, communication, relationships, and resilience. A dynamic results-oriented leader, Sindy gained significant business acumen through her executive level positions, including P&L responsibilities in sales management, business development and operations in the banking, legal, and consulting industries. She holds a BA in Organizational Communication/Business and a Master in Human Resources from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL.

Dr. Celia Szelwach, ACC

Dr. Celia Szelwach is an Army veteran, senior-rated parachutist, and co-founder of PCS2 Consulting LLC, an SBA-certified WOSB (Women-Owned Small Business) and SDVOSB (Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business). She has practiced OD, leadership development and coaching, and change management for over 30 years. Celia holds certifications as an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Board Certified Coach (BCC), Trauma-Informed Coach (TIC), yoga teacher, Project Management Professional (PMP), Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, and DDI Leadership Master Trainer. Celia graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, holds an MBA in International Trade and a Doctorate in Business Administration, and completed the Level 2 ICF-accredited Executive and Professional Coaching Graduate Certificate Program at the University of Texas in Dallas. Her coaching focuses on executive leadership, team development, and navigating career and life transitions. In 2024, she published Life As A Tapestry: A Poetry Memoir.

Guiseppe Totino, MCC, CPF, LLM, MSc

Giuseppe Totino, Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF), is the Principal of Giuseppe Totino LLC, a professional and leadership development business. For over 15 years he has worked with corporate leaders and with coaches as an executive educator, facilitator, coach, and mentor. Giuseppe received his Master Coach Credential in 2018 from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is currently among the youngest to hold this credential worldwide. Giuseppe is an ICF Registered Mentor Coach and an Assessor for both the ICF MCC and PCC credentialing. For the ICF he delivers the Assessor PCC Markers Training Program worldwide in English and launched the same Program in Spanish in 2018. For his expertise in the field, in 2019 ICF invited him to be part of a very small team of Subject Matter Experts to make recommendations on the changes to the ICF Core Competencies and the assessment process.

Krystena Sterling

 Krystena Sterling is an executive leadership coach working with individuals and organizations. She believes that through truly being our authentic selves, we can create great work environments where everyone connects and thrives. She coaches the whole person, utilizing mixed evidence-based, energy, and reflective inquiry methods. Krystena is passionate about bringing coaching to all organizations. Krystena worked at the Walt Disney Company for 23 years in operations, learning and development, and project management in multiple divisions and now works for the Lockheed Martin Corporation in leadership development. In her private coaching practice, she coaches clients in various industries, such as Google, American Express, Havas Media Group, IBM, Chevron, and Four Seasons, to name a few. She recently began equine coaching as another way to expand her coaching practice.  Krystena is an ICF Certified Coach and holds a Professional Certification as a CPTD from ATD; she has two Master’s Degrees- one in Human Resource Development, the other in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and is a Ph.D. candidate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, studying Leadership development and coaching.

Don Knagge,  7th Evolution Coaching & Consulting,

As an Executive Leadership Development & Resilience Coach, my job is to identify the natural talents, styles, values and driving forces of individuals and teams. The goal? To empower my clients through self-mastery and personal power.  I am driven by my passion and the potential I see in every opportunity to help leaders and organizations dig deeper, improve faster, and ultimately, see sustainable positive change.  As an accomplished corporate executive and serial entrepreneur, I have an eclectic approach to organizational development and strategic planning that has inspired and driven high levels of success for my clients.  Working together, you can expect that I will help identify the gap between where you are today and where you want to be.
