Organizational Inclusion is about building workplaces where everyone can do their best work and feel part of the team.   This is our newest Community of Practice.  Join us on Thursday, October 9, 2025 at 10:00 AM and help set the direction of this new CoP. 

Brandon Wilks has stepped up to form this new Community of Practice and will facilitate the first meeting to help define community goals and set the future direction of the CoP.  Register now to get in on the ground floor on this exciting new program!

The Organizational Inclusion CoP will:

  • Look at how team dynamics, leadership choices, and daily workflows impact the overall workplace experience.
  • Share practical ideas, tools, and real world examples for making inclusion a natural part of how the organization operates and succeeds.
