Internal Consulting CoP | 2026 Kickoff

Join us on 1/22 for the Internal Consulting CoP’s first session of 2026. This conversation is designed to set direction for the year ahead - together.

The Internal Consulting CoP exists to support those who act as thinking partners inside their organizations: helping teams work through ambiguity, clarify direction, and navigate complex, often “ownerless” challenges. This session will focus on dialogue, reflection, and shared sense-making.

We want to hear from you. What types of “messy work” are you encountering? What would make this Community of Practice most useful in 2026? Your input will directly shape how we spend our time together this year.

Come ready to contribute, listen, and co-create the path forward.
