Organizational Inclusion is about building workplaces where everyone can do their best work and feel part of the team. This session will provide space for participants to share reflections and observations from their recent experiences, and grapple on critical questions for moving the work forward.

The Organizational Inclusion CoP seeks to be a learning space for participants to:

• Look at how team dynamics, leadership choices, and daily workflows impact the overall workplace experience.
• Share practical ideas, tools, and real world examples for making inclusion a natural part of how the organization operates and succeeds.
