  • 1st time guests attend their first meeting for free to "try us on for size." This meeting includes a free book, so we ask you to pay $15.00 to cover the book cost.
  • Returning guests who have visited us before will pay $45.00 for the meeting and cost of the book we are ordering for attendees.

Large Group Intervention Methods: Accelerating Change through Action Learning


We will meet on August 15, 2014  for an experiential exploration of OD techniques, action learning processes, and models for large group interventions.  We will explore several techniques in "real time" using the GOOD Network as our focus.   

Members will participate actively in an intervention process to assure that our founding values serve us well into the future.   In this intervention we may utilize: Crowdsourcing, Future Search, Force Field Analysis, Stop/Start/Continue and other techniques during this process.  Not only will we see OD methods demonstrated, but we will also be "mining our members for strategic gold" to help plan and strategize the the future of GOOD Network.   

This will be action learning at its best.  We will learn large group intervention techniques by experiencing the process, and we will walk away with tools, how-tos, and resources to use in our own organizations and consulting practices.
